In the past three years of my life at the College of William & Mary, I have learned the importance of surrounding yourself with people who encourage you to be the best version of yourself. As a sister of the Gamma Kappa chapter, I have had the opportunity to share friendships, love, and loyalty with a group of women who are some of the most inspiring people I have been lucky enough to know. What sets Kappa Kappa Gamma apart from the rest is the passion we share to live our lives unafraid of being ourselves – quirky, driven, strong. I have seen the strength of this sisterhood during the ups and downs; I have seen my sisters uplift one another and our community; I have seen the beauty of this amazing group of women. As president, I am proud to represent them on campus and in our Greek Life community. By empowering and embracing each other, we develop as leaders, which extends far beyond our time in Williamsburg. The bond we develop during our college years is a bond that will remain with many of us throughout the rest of our lives.
I hope my words shed light on what it means to be a Kappa Kappa Gamma at the College of William & Mary. To learn more about us, take a look at our website and explore all the wonderful experiences we have had as a chapter. We have already made Kappa Kappa Gamma our home, and would love to share this sisterhood with you too.
