Chapter Recruitment

Each year in the fall, the Gamma Kappa chapter at the College of William and Mary participates in Panhellenic formal recruitment with eight other sororities wherein all potential new members visit each house and learn about each chapter, especially our Gamma Kappa sisters. It is a very unique process that takes place over two weekends. As Kappas, we look for women who are ambitious, respectful, and enthusiastic. We like to ask ourselves about PNMs "A.R.E. they a Kappa?" to keep our values in mind.

Being a sister of Kappa Kappa Gamma means having endless opportunities in leadership, academics, philanthropy, and true friendship. With a network of over 250,000 initiated members, the sisterhood of Kappa Kappa Gamma lasts far beyond just the four years of undergraduate life. We hope that you will join us during Recruitment and see first hand how amazing Kappa can be!
